Dispatch: Orders are dispatched next business day (excluding public holidays) from Perth, Australia.
Carrier: All orders ship via Australia Post Parcel.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on the way, so you can follow delivery progress.
Delivery time: Delivery times vary by location. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you choose the best option available.
Returns & Refunds
We want shopping with Ezytest to feel risk-free and straightforward.
Change-of-mind returns (14 days): If you change your mind, you may return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original, unopened packaging.
Return shipping: Paid by the customer.
Quality-related returns: If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to a product/quality issue, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
